He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Faye Cantrell-Self of Waleska; his daughter, Brandy (David) Reynolds of Marietta; and his stepson, Jesse Smithwick (Deborah Reichert) of Kennesaw. Bobby was a proud grandfather to Devin Reynolds and Tinley Reynolds, who meant the world to him. He is also survived by his brother, Jerry Lee (Anelle) Self of Woodstock, and his sister, Glenda (Bruce) Channell of Canton, along with extended family and many friends. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel at Darby Funeral Home on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour. Rev. Mark Becker will officiate. Interment will follow at Rolling Hills Cemetery in Acworth, Georgia. Bobby will be remembered most for the love he had for his family and the simple, steady way he showed up for the people in his life. He will be deeply missed.
