Artwork that is requested by the client that falls between the following dates [Dec 24, 2021 - Jan 4th, 2022] will need to be supplied by the Artist from their local archive. Please remove the old files on the job details page prior to uploading your files for that job. Please do not email the files to the client. You will also need to add your files to the SharePoint Archive Folder(s) for the corresponding dates.
Any Artwork for any jobs older than 6 months cannot be recovered. If the client asks for us to do this, please kindly tell them that our system removes any artwork older than 6 months, and they are welcome to create a new job order with the photo they would like us to use.
Concerning phone calls, if you are checked in and working, please remeber to try and get the phone if it rings.

• Upload the compressed file to your ISG G-Drive (i.e. Upload G-Doc File button)
• Delete the new & compressed files you created on your computer
• Copy the G-Doc link for the file and paste them into the G-Doc form
• Click Update G-Doc Link (this will update update order with link)

Martha Elizabeth Penn Tyler, age 81, of Bassett, Virginia, passed away on February 4, 2026, at Sovah Health of Martinsville. She was born on March 11, 1944, in Henry County, Virginia, to the late Billy Penn and Betty Mae Reed Penn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Billy “Cowboy” Rogers Penn.
Martha was a woman of simple joys and deep love for her family. She had a special fondness for animals and enjoyed watching classic westerns such as Gunsmoke, Wagon Train, and The Rifleman. She found happiness in caring for her chickens and ducks and was known for waving warmly to neighbors and friends from her yard. She also enjoyed collecting records, some of her favorites were Otis Redding and Al Green.
A devoted mother, Martha proudly raised her children with strength and determination, where she built a home filled with love, laughter, and resilience. earning the title of “greatest mom ever” in the hearts of those she loved.
Martha leaves to cherish her memory her two sons, Cortez Fordino Penn and Paul Nathaniel Penn (Misty Stevens); her daughter, Maria Marice Penn (Tonda Goad); her grandchildren, Cierra Powell, Shemika Helms, and Sgt. Enrique Penn; five great-grandchildren; and her significant other, Ronald “Joe” Dillard, and nephew, Dale Williams. She is also remembered by extended family members, friends, and neighbors who were touched by her kindness and presence.
Martha’s life was defined by love, perseverance, and a warm spirit that will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
