Artwork that is requested by the client that falls between the following dates [Dec 24, 2021 - Jan 4th, 2022] will need to be supplied by the Artist from their local archive. Please remove the old files on the job details page prior to uploading your files for that job. Please do not email the files to the client. You will also need to add your files to the SharePoint Archive Folder(s) for the corresponding dates.

Any Artwork for any jobs older than 6 months cannot be recovered. If the client asks for us to do this, please kindly tell them that our system removes any artwork older than 6 months, and they are welcome to create a new job order with the photo they would like us to use.

Concerning phone calls, if you are checked in and working, please remeber to try and get the phone if it rings.

Allo Business has provided a security training course that will keep you up to date with best security practices for email and internet usage.



Each month (possibly around the 5th), you should receive an email:

If you have not received these emails yet, please let Mark G. & Mr. Tom know asap via Teams.
If you have received the emails, and have not yet made the email Training@bp-securityawareness.com a new contact and set to VIP, please do so now. This will help flag any training emails for you.

The training modules take about 5-10 minutes to complete and will be reviewed by the Allo Security team and share with Mr. Tom for our records. If you have not done any training modules yet, or have not received an email notification for a new training module, please let Mark G. & Mr. Tom know asap via Teams.

Your email is now stored on Office 365. Please login with your ISG email and the password we supplied you. After logging in you will need to authenticate your account. Please contact Mark or Tom if you need help with this.

Please also watch the Teams Meeting training video that we did with Avid True Owl. The Teams app is a powerful tool similar to Zoom, and allows us to Chat, Audio Call, Video Call, Share Files, and collaborate on anything we're doing at ISG.

The Teams tutorial should also go over Outlook email and Sharepoint for collaboration, file sharing, etc.
