Artwork that is requested by the client that falls between the following dates [Dec 24, 2021 - Jan 4th, 2022] will need to be supplied by the Artist from their local archive. Please remove the old files on the job details page prior to uploading your files for that job. Please do not email the files to the client. You will also need to add your files to the SharePoint Archive Folder(s) for the corresponding dates.
Any Artwork for any jobs older than 6 months cannot be recovered. If the client asks for us to do this, please kindly tell them that our system removes any artwork older than 6 months, and they are welcome to create a new job order with the photo they would like us to use.
Concerning phone calls, if you are checked in and working, please remeber to try and get the phone if it rings.

Please also watch the Teams Meeting training video that we did with Avid True Owl. The Teams app is a powerful tool similar to Zoom, and allows us to Chat, Audio Call, Video Call, Share Files, and collaborate on anything we're doing at ISG.

• Upload the compressed file to your ISG G-Drive (i.e. Upload G-Doc File button)
• Delete the new & compressed files you created on your computer
• Copy the G-Doc link for the file and paste them into the G-Doc form
• Click Update G-Doc Link (this will update update order with link)

Betty Simons-Zinser, 92, departed this life on April 18, 2026 at River Glen Health Care Center, Southbury, CT. She was the beloved wife of Anthony Simons of Oakville, who preceded her in death; she remarried Alan Zinser of Woodbury, who also preceded her in death.
Betty was born in Greeneville,TN on January 26, 1934 to the late Robert and Vina (Wills) Fillers.
She retired from Timex Corporation in Middlebury where she held the position of Executive Assistant.
Betty was a skilled seamstress and an accomplished, self-taught pianist where communicants of the Gateway Bible Church in Oakville enjoyed her playing during services. She was also an avid crossword and jigsaw puzzle enthusiast, which she greatly enjoyed working on with her grandsons at the holidays when she visited them in Oregon. Betty enjoyed gardening and being outside, which was influenced by her growing up on her parents tobacco farm in Greeneville, TN.
Betty is survived by son, Bob Simons; daughter-in-law, Ellie Simons; grandsons, Bob Simons Jr., Joe Simons, and Brett Simons; great-grandsons, Tony Simons and Hudson Simons; daughter-in-laws, Jeni Simons and Lacey Hamerin.
A service will be held from 9:00-11:00 am, Thursday May 7, 2026, at Carpino Funeral Home in Southbury, CT. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Watertown, CT. To leave a message of remembrance, please visit www.CarpinoCares.com.
