Artwork that is requested by the client that falls between the following dates [Dec 24, 2021 - Jan 4th, 2022] will need to be supplied by the Artist from their local archive. Please remove the old files on the job details page prior to uploading your files for that job. Please do not email the files to the client. You will also need to add your files to the SharePoint Archive Folder(s) for the corresponding dates.
Any Artwork for any jobs older than 6 months cannot be recovered. If the client asks for us to do this, please kindly tell them that our system removes any artwork older than 6 months, and they are welcome to create a new job order with the photo they would like us to use.
Concerning phone calls, if you are checked in and working, please remeber to try and get the phone if it rings.

Please also watch the Teams Meeting training video that we did with Avid True Owl. The Teams app is a powerful tool similar to Zoom, and allows us to Chat, Audio Call, Video Call, Share Files, and collaborate on anything we're doing at ISG.

• Upload the compressed file to your ISG G-Drive (i.e. Upload G-Doc File button)
• Delete the new & compressed files you created on your computer
• Copy the G-Doc link for the file and paste them into the G-Doc form

Isabelle Jean Stanfield-Torres, 25, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026. A service celebrating her life will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 24, 2026, at First United Methodist Church Boerne.
Isabelle was born on October 17, 2000, in Austin, Texas, to Leonard Stanfield and Juanita Torres. She was a bright and spirited young woman whose life, though far too short, touched many with her warmth and energy.
After graduating from Westwood High School, Isabelle attended Texas A&M University–San Antonio before transferring to The University of Texas at Austin, where she pursued her goal of becoming a lawyer. She carried with her a strong sense of purpose and a desire to create a meaningful future.
Isabelle faced challenges in her life with courage, and through it all, she remained deeply loved by her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her best.
She is survived by her parents, Leonard Stanfield and Juanita Torres; her sister, Sofia Stanfield-Torres; and her brother, Zachary Berends-Torres.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered love, prayers, and support during this time. Isabelle will be remembered for the light she brought into the lives of others, and she will be dearly missed.
