Artwork that is requested by the client that falls between the following dates [Dec 24, 2021 - Jan 4th, 2022] will need to be supplied by the Artist from their local archive. Please remove the old files on the job details page prior to uploading your files for that job. Please do not email the files to the client. You will also need to add your files to the SharePoint Archive Folder(s) for the corresponding dates.
Any Artwork for any jobs older than 6 months cannot be recovered. If the client asks for us to do this, please kindly tell them that our system removes any artwork older than 6 months, and they are welcome to create a new job order with the photo they would like us to use.
Concerning phone calls, if you are checked in and working, please remeber to try and get the phone if it rings.

Please also watch the Teams Meeting training video that we did with Avid True Owl. The Teams app is a powerful tool similar to Zoom, and allows us to Chat, Audio Call, Video Call, Share Files, and collaborate on anything we're doing at ISG.

Rafael Guadalupe Carlos, lovingly known as J.R., passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the age of 46.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Holt & Holt Funeral Home, with funeral services to follow at 10:30 a.m. A Celebration of Life will be held following the service at St. Peter Upon His Rock Campus.
J.R. was born on December 12, 1979, in Comfort, Texas to Rafael and Karen Carlos. He was a devoted father, son, brother, and partner who will be remembered for his love of family and the impact he had on those around him.
He is survived by his sons, Trinidad Carlos, Roman Carlos, and Rubyn Bernal; his daughter, Rysa Carlos; his parents, Rafael and Karen Carlos; his sister, Doreen Carlos (Adolfo Matos); his partner, Desiree Tanguma; and numerous aunts, uncles, and extended family members including Jaime Martinez, Maria Guadalupe Espinoza (Joe), Anita Rivas (Angel), Elvira Chavarria (Sergio), Maria de Refugio (Beto), Linda Munoz (Santos), and Isaias Carlos (Belinda).
J.R. will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
