Artwork that is requested by the client that falls between the following dates [Dec 24, 2021 - Jan 4th, 2022] will need to be supplied by the Artist from their local archive. Please remove the old files on the job details page prior to uploading your files for that job. Please do not email the files to the client. You will also need to add your files to the SharePoint Archive Folder(s) for the corresponding dates.
Any Artwork for any jobs older than 6 months cannot be recovered. If the client asks for us to do this, please kindly tell them that our system removes any artwork older than 6 months, and they are welcome to create a new job order with the photo they would like us to use.
Concerning phone calls, if you are checked in and working, please remeber to try and get the phone if it rings.

Please also watch the Teams Meeting training video that we did with Avid True Owl. The Teams app is a powerful tool similar to Zoom, and allows us to Chat, Audio Call, Video Call, Share Files, and collaborate on anything we're doing at ISG.

• Keep all persons and text layers.
• Save File with a relative .PSD name (i.e. ABC_Home_Collage.psd)
• Compress this file as a Stuffit or Zipped file
• Upload the compressed file to your ISG G-Drive (i.e. Upload G-Doc File button)
• Delete the new & compressed files you created on your computer
• Copy the G-Doc link for the file and paste them into the G-Doc form
• Click Update G-Doc Link (this will update update order with link)

Sherri Joann Adams, 66, of Sturgis, South Dakota passed away peacefully at home on June 26, 2026. She was surrounded by her loved ones and her dogs Kobe and Dakota. Sherri was born May 30, 1960 in Cody, Wyoming to Robert and Barbara Albert. Sherri was the youngest of five children.
She is survived by her son, Cole (Angie) Burgess; sister, Carol Howard; her long time love, Bob Kobes; and several neices and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Robert and Barbra Albert; her brothers, Dale and Michael Albert; sister, Norma Howard; Charles Adams, and her son, Joshua Adams.
Sherri was a devoted mother. She loved her boys and would do anything for Cole and Josh. She would spend every Christmas with Cole and Josh. She would often visit Cole and Angie in Colorado, where she loved going to the races. Sherri loved to spend time with her family and friends. Sherri had several jobs throughout her life, most recently as a dietary aide at the sturgis hospital, which she really enjoyed. Sherri always looked her best for any occasion. Sherri loved her home with Bob Kobes and her two dogs. Sherri's home always had several healthy plants and tasteful decorations. Now Sherri rests peacefully in her forever home. While our hearts are heavy we honor her memory.
