Artwork that is requested by the client that falls between the following dates [Dec 24, 2021 - Jan 4th, 2022] will need to be supplied by the Artist from their local archive. Please remove the old files on the job details page prior to uploading your files for that job. Please do not email the files to the client. You will also need to add your files to the SharePoint Archive Folder(s) for the corresponding dates.
Any Artwork for any jobs older than 6 months cannot be recovered. If the client asks for us to do this, please kindly tell them that our system removes any artwork older than 6 months, and they are welcome to create a new job order with the photo they would like us to use.
Concerning phone calls, if you are checked in and working, please remeber to try and get the phone if it rings.

Zola Marie Willis, a beloved wife, mother, and cherished friend, was born on June 20, 1930, in Douglas, AZ, to Millard Carlos and Mary Watson (McLachlan) Haymore. She gracefully departed this world on August 11, 2026, leaving behind a rich legacy of love and family that will forever endure in the hearts of those she touched.
Zola was united in marriage to Merrill Vance Willis December 18, 1950, and sealed in the Meza, AZ Temple. Zola was a devoted homemaker, a cherished mother and grandmother who served her family to the end. She served faithfully throughout her life in many church callings, including three missions with her husband Merrill. She spent her life gathering and organizing family history which led to her writing two books about her ancestors.
Zola was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Merrill Willis; a daughter Sally Willis and a son Gary Willis; one brother Mike Haymore; and a sister Jean Guison.
She is survived by her six loving children: Dean Willis (Eileen), Merrila Kowacich, Susan Claybrook (Shell), Nancy Harris (Terry), Melissa Adams (Garry) and Scott Willis (Laura); 54 grandchildren, and over 150 great grandchildren and growing; two sisters: Dianne Mitchell and Donna Miner; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. The bonds she created with her family and friends over the years are a testament to the kindness and strength that defined her life.
In celebration of her extraordinary journey, a visitation will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Pierce City Ward: 601 S. Lincoln Ave Monett, MO, 65708, on Saturday, August 22, 2026, beginning at 9:00 AM. This will be followed by a funeral service at the church at 10:00 AM, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember Zola's vibrant spirit.
Following the service, a graveside ceremony at the Willis Family Cemetery will take place, where Zola will be laid to rest next to her husband in peaceful surroundings.
Zola’s life will be celebrated not only in these ceremonies but also in the many cherished memories that will continue to live on through her family.
