Artwork that is requested by the client that falls between the following dates [Dec 24, 2021 - Jan 4th, 2022] will need to be supplied by the Artist from their local archive. Please remove the old files on the job details page prior to uploading your files for that job. Please do not email the files to the client. You will also need to add your files to the SharePoint Archive Folder(s) for the corresponding dates.
Any Artwork for any jobs older than 6 months cannot be recovered. If the client asks for us to do this, please kindly tell them that our system removes any artwork older than 6 months, and they are welcome to create a new job order with the photo they would like us to use.
Concerning phone calls, if you are checked in and working, please remeber to try and get the phone if it rings.

James Randolph Hale, 75, of Lago Vista, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2026.
Born prematurely in Coronado, California, James began life with a fighting spirit, one that would carry him through the whole of it. He was raised in Tennessee and went on to become a proud graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, later earning his master's degree from Vanderbilt University. He built a distinguished career as a financial executive in oil and gas services and banking, known for his steady judgment and quiet integrity.
But James was never defined only by his accomplishments. He was a poet at heart, a member of both Poets Northwest and the Poetry Society of Texas. His words carried people through hard times, celebrated their joys, and revealed the quiet beauty he noticed in everything around him. More than his poems, though, he was defined by the way he loved. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother whose steady presence shaped the lives of the people he loved most.
James was a devout Catholic and a man of deep faith. He found joy in life's simple pleasures, none more than fishing with his grandchildren, teaching them patience on quiet water the same way he'd lived his own life.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Nuria; his daughter, Stephanie; his son, Christopher; his grandchildren, Asher and Sasha; and his brother John. He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Lucia Hale; his father, James Robert Hale; and his brother, Stephen Hale.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. Mary's Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lago Vista, TX, on Saturday, September 5th, at noon.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to honor James's memory to spend an afternoon fishing with someone they love.
