Artwork that is requested by the client that falls between the following dates [Dec 24, 2021 - Jan 4th, 2022] will need to be supplied by the Artist from their local archive. Please remove the old files on the job details page prior to uploading your files for that job. Please do not email the files to the client. You will also need to add your files to the SharePoint Archive Folder(s) for the corresponding dates.
Any Artwork for any jobs older than 6 months cannot be recovered. If the client asks for us to do this, please kindly tell them that our system removes any artwork older than 6 months, and they are welcome to create a new job order with the photo they would like us to use.
Concerning phone calls, if you are checked in and working, please remeber to try and get the phone if it rings.

Cruz Montoya Santillan, 79, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at her home in Moscow, Kansas.
She was born on May 3, 1947, in El Porvenir, Mexico to Heriberto and Candelaria (Favela) Montoya.
A member of St. Helen Catholic Church of Hugoton.
Cruz was a fun-loving person whose greatest joy was her family. She lived with deep love for those closest to her and found happiness in caring for them, especially through cooking and gathering together. She also enjoyed going to the casino and playing bingo. Among her proudest accomplishments were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who were a lasting source of pride and love in her life.
She is survived by her son, Raul Santillan, and his wife, Holly; her daughter, Rosa Santillan-Vasquez, and her husband, Valentin; her brothers, Felix Montoya and his wife, Lucia, Alfredo Montoya and his wife, Leti, and Vicente Montoya; and her sister, Hilda Lechuga. She will also be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were so important to her.
Cruz was preceded in death by her husband; her daughters, Maria Elena Santillan and Lucila Santillan; her parents; and ten siblings.
Cruz Montoya-Santillan will be remembered for her warm spirit, her love of family, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her memory will remain a blessing to all who knew and loved her.
