Artwork that is requested by the client that falls between the following dates [Dec 24, 2021 - Jan 4th, 2022] will need to be supplied by the Artist from their local archive. Please remove the old files on the job details page prior to uploading your files for that job. Please do not email the files to the client. You will also need to add your files to the SharePoint Archive Folder(s) for the corresponding dates.
Any Artwork for any jobs older than 6 months cannot be recovered. If the client asks for us to do this, please kindly tell them that our system removes any artwork older than 6 months, and they are welcome to create a new job order with the photo they would like us to use.
Concerning phone calls, if you are checked in and working, please remeber to try and get the phone if it rings.

Please also watch the Teams Meeting training video that we did with Avid True Owl. The Teams app is a powerful tool similar to Zoom, and allows us to Chat, Audio Call, Video Call, Share Files, and collaborate on anything we're doing at ISG.

• Upload the compressed file to your ISG G-Drive (i.e. Upload G-Doc File button)

James âJimâ Laurence Penland, 68, passed away on Sunday, October 18th after a brief battle with lymphoma. Jim was born in Rawlins, Wyoming on November 6, 1957, to Harold and Elizabeth Penland. He graduated from Rawlins High School in 1976, and quickly became enamored with the family business at Rasmusson Furniture. It was at Rasmussonâs that Jimâs life of service to his community began, and his dedication was only strengthened when he took over the store in 1993 with his wife Mary. Jim and Mary served Carbon County until they retired in 2025.
After dating for 7 years, Jim married his high school sweetheart Mary Nealon Penland in 1980, and the two celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary the month before Jimâs passing. They shared two wonderful children, Kobi and Adam Penland.
Jim lent a helping hand to truly anyone in need; whether by ushering at St. Josephâs Church, utilizing his welding/fabrication skills honed over a lifetime, or simply landing a well-placed joke when someone needed an unexpected laugh. He helped his family most of all, by being a caretaker to his cherished parents, a safe landing space for his daughter, a mechanical brain trust for his son, and a best friend, confidant, and business partner to his beloved Mary.
Jimâs passion for anything with an engine began in his days of sand dragging with his converted Jeep in the â70s and â80s, where he not only had a colossal amount of fun but also set a national record along the way.
Jim was preceded in death by his father, Harold Penland, in-laws Richard and Alma Nealon, and sister-in-law Cleo Nealon. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Penland, wife Mary, children Kobi and Adam, and siblings David, Jane (Steve Perry) and Bill (Leann), brother-in-law Patrick, sisters-in-law Anna (Pat Crank), Louise (Jack Mousseau), and Judy (Rick Huch) and numerous extended family members.
A celebration of life is planned for Saturday, October 31st at the Rawlins Elks Lodge at 1:00pm. Please bring your favorite memories.
